The night before Memorial Day we went to a cookout at the Bruton's to celebrate Memorial Day. We had a blast! It was a busy afternoon/evening with all the kiddos running around and us adults trying to sneak in some adult time and conversations. The kids had the best time running around and chasing each other. Towards the end if the night they started playing Ring Around the Rosie. They kept doing it over and over and over. It was SO cute to watch them playing together having a blast and having tons of little conversations. I got some shots of the kiddos...Ryan, Tad, Sadie and Charlotte playing. Some shots are better than others but I was getting good practice shooting in low light with LOTS of movement.
The kids were trying to play Ring Around the Rosie and they couldn't quite get it on their own so Erin stepped in and showed them once and they got it and kept on and on and on and on doing it. Super cute to watch! (just fyi, the bright pink band on Ryan's wrist is a mosquito band to keep mosquitoes away)

And they all fall down......literally. The kids got the biggest kick out of falling down at the right time in the song. They would laugh and laugh.

Mr. Tad....he's so fun and he and Ryan always have a blast together. They chased each other around their yard for hours that night.
Fire time. After the sun went down and Lee started a fire in their fire pit. It was fun to hang out by a fire for a little while. It was getting late and Seth had been sleeping in a pack and play for a while so he was good to go but it was getting late and was probably 8:30 before we left. Ryan was exhausted and was asking to go "nite nite" on our way home. He had had a awesome night and so much fun. I really enjoyed watching him hang out with his buddies and have so much fun. He's turned into a little boy. When did that happen???!!!
